Everyday we take 5 simple ingredients and create dough that is amazing, This tradition began in 1987 when Mario the Baker (Mario Scinicariello) taught his art of pizza making to our Dad. Papa Giorgio is the affectionate nickname we gave our father as kids growing up.
We continue to use this recipe everyday when we make our pizza dough. Our pizza is more than just good dough. We take the most perfect California Roma tomatoes to build our sauce. The sauce is then topped with all natural artisanal (Grande) cheese and fresh cut vegetables. Premium sausage, pepperoni and salami are sourced locally from Ezzo Sausage Company, a Columbus family owned business. (the best!!)
